Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the SFIO files a copy of an order dated 07.05.2025 passed by the learned Judge, 2nd Special Court, Calcutta in Criminal Case No.18/ 2024. The order recorded that warrant of arrest issued against the accused nos.2,3,5,6,8 and 10 were recalled. The unexecuted warrant of arrest against the accused no.10 received from Kalighat Police Station was to be kept with the case record. Thereafter, he went on to fix 16.06.2025 as is the next date and recorded that he was awaiting further order from the High Court. This subsequent recording that a further order from the High Court was awaited so that a final order passed by the High Court could be received and complied with. Since the petitioner challenged an order issuing warrant of arrest and the same have been recalled, the present revisional application has become infructuous.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in the event any further action is taken by the learned Court in violation of the provisions of law, the petitioner would be constrained to approach this Court.

As the warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner has been

recalled, no further order need be passed in this regard and the revisional application is disposed of without any further order, even as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
