On the basis of their settlement, the case was dismissed being compoundable and the accused persons were acquitted under Section 320 Cr.P.C.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application became infructuous.

CRR 892 of 2017 is thus dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court for information.
