Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnor nos. 1 and 2 places an order of the Appeal Court dated 17th January, 2021 in an appeal filed from the order dated 11th April, 2019, by which the order passed by this Court was modified and the State (appellants before the Appeal Court) was directed to pay interest from May, 2016 till 27th March, 2018 @ 8% per annum within a certain timeframe. The appeal was disposed of by the said order.

In view of the order passed by the Appeal Court, nothing further remains in the instant contempt petition, which is accordingly disposed of.
