(S. Banerjee) This revisional application appeared on 13th October, 2023 when no one represented the petitioners. Today when the revisional application has been called, nobody represents the petitioners.

The subject-matter of challenge in the revisional application relates to an order dated 27th December, 2022. Records reflect that the by the said order the learned ACJM, Baruipur directed the Inspector in Charge of Baruipur Police Station to investigate into the allegation after registration of FIR.

Having regard to the time period which has lapsed and the investigation presumably progressing, I am of the view that at this belated stage there is no requirement for interfering with the issues so canvassed in the revisional application.

Accordingly, CRR 1130 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is disposed of.

All concerned are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
