Heard the learned Advocate for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. We have also examined the deposition of the minor victim. She stated under the ruse of a photoshoot she was raped by the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating evidence and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
