Counsel for the private respondent nos.2 to 6 are not inclined to enter into the mediation in respect of the disputes raised in the writ petition.

This Court notes that the disputes in the writ petition arises out of the private contract and are outside the scope of the writ jurisdiction.

The petitioner may, therefore, approach an appropriate civil forum for seeking remedies against the respondents.

It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the claim of the petitioner against the respondents and the civil forum may consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
