Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no. 4 submits that the respondent no. 4 is not aware whether the petitioners are still alive or not to consider the grant of Freedom Fighter Pension. In any event, a further application is required to be made. Since none appears for the petitioners, it would be appropriate to direct W.P.A. 5533 of 2007 is dismissed for default.

Interim order stands vacated.
