Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.
Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the principal accused being the husband was granted bail. State is represented.
Considering the complicity of the petitioners and considering the fact that the husband was enlarged on bail and that the police submitted charge sheet, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that they shall appear before the jurisdictional Court on the date fixed and
pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 2937 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
