By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned show-cause notice dated 18th September, 2023.

Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned show-cause notice and filed this writ petition on 15th March, 2024 challenging the impugned show-cause notice after expiry of time to file reply.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned show-cause notice and to grant any relief in this writ petition except extending the time to file reply to the aforesaid impugned show-cause notice dated 18th September, 2023 by two weeks from date and if such reply is filed by the petitioner within the time stipulated herein the same shall be considered

in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representatives.

In case of failure on the part of the petitioner to give reply within the time stipulated herein respondent will be free to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law.

With this observation this writ petition being WPA 8048 of 2024 is disposed of.
