Petitioner approached this court being aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities in respect of the informations furnished.
State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Tamluk PS Case No. 279/2025 dated 07.04.2025 has been registered for investigation against the private respondents.
Petitioner as such prays that proper investigation may be carried out.
Learned advocate for the private respondents on the other hand submits that they
have been falsely implicated at the behest of the present petitioner. Although they are innocent of the charges and by invoking the criminal case, the petitioner is trying to establish his dominance and aggression over the private respondents.
State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the case has been registered and the investigation of the case is under progress. There are earlier case also inter se the parties.
In view of the police authorities having taken the steps, the prayer so canvassed in the writ petition primarily seems to be subserved. However, the police authorities would take the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion by putting in efficient and exhaustive efforts.
Thus WPA 7321 of 2025 is disposed of.
Report so submitted be kept with the record.
Needless to state that as no affidavit has been called for from the respondents, the allegations and/or accusations in the writ petition are deemed to have been admitted.
