Learned advocate representing the petitioners on instruction submits that petitioners do not wish to proceed with the matter.

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and Union of India are represented by learned advocates.

Mr. Menon, learned advocate representing CBSE has submitted that conduct of the petitioners as well as school authority is questionable.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, writ petitions stands dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.

5.

However, this order shall not preclude CBSE authority to take steps against the petitioners and

the school authority in accordance with law.
