The matter is appearing after 06.6.2011. On that day also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner on call. The petitioner is the husband of Smt. Sunita Devi, who informed the Officer-in-Charge, Raniganj P.S. in writing about her plight in her matrimonial home. It is her specific case that she got married to Raju Bind in the year 2005 according to Hindu Rites and Rituals. But few days after marriage, her husband, father-inlaw, brother-in-law, started inflicting physical torture upon her, mostly under the influence of liquor. Initially the lady tried to conceal such incident but ultimately she had to disclose everything to her parents and neighboring people and with their intervention she could spend few days peacefully. But on 13.10.2008 at about 1 P.M.

those three persons after consuming alcohol assaulted her even her mother was not spared. She was compelled to leave her matrimonial home. As the information disclosed offence cognizable in nature, police registered case under Sections 498A/325/341/354/34 of the I.P.C. and after investigation submitted charge sheet 27.7.

order of stay was granted by this Court. There is every reason to presume that the trial has reached its logical conclusion. Under such circumstances, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order dated 15.01.2010 by which trial was commenced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Asansol at Burdwan.

The revisional application is dismissed alongwith application, if any, without any order as to costs. Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned Trial Court for information and necessary action.
