The revisional application is disposed of directing the learned court below to adjudicate the application for restoration of the Misc. Case 07 of 2022. The misc. case was filed in connection with Title Execution Case No.02 of 2014 arising out of a judgment and decree passed in Title Suit No.320 of 2007 which is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalna, District-Purba Medinipur. The restoration application shall be disposed of within a period of one month from the date of reopening of the court after Puja Vacation.

The opposite parties are at liberty to file their objection to the restoration application, before October 18, 2023.

If the misc. case is restored, the petitioner will be at liberty to pray for interim protection.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the claims and counter-claims of the parties.

The revisional application is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
