Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the act and action of the respondent no.6 and to that effect, informed the Haringhata Police Station for taking necessary steps. However, since no steps were taken, the petitioner has approached this Court. Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no.6 submits that the respondent no.6 was a member whose name has been erased by the petitioner. It is also submitted on behalf of the respondent no.6 that she is being prevented from entering into the college premises at the behest of the petitioner and others.

Be that as it may, State has submitted a report which reflects that there is a matrimonial dispute between one Abhijit Mondal, Secretary of the Institute and the respondent no.6. Issues to

that effect have resulted in registration of number of criminal cases as also matrimonial cases. Report also reflects that the respondent no.6 promised not to enter into the college premises without any valid cause.

In view of the report reflecting the undertaking given by the respondent no.6 before the police authorities, at this stage, I do not find any scope for interference. However, the police authorities would ensure that neither the said Abhijit Mondal nor the respondent no.6 is allowed to create any breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident within the college premises and both of them would enter only after seeking permission of the Inspector-in-Charge, Haringhata Police Station.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 7320 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
