Thereafter this matter has appeared in the list on several occasions and has been called on for hearing. Nobody appeared for the petitioner. Today also nobody appears for the petitioner either physically or on the virtual platform. In fact, nobody has applied for video link to participate in the proceedings.

In view of the aforesaid, C.O. 848 of 2009 is dismissed for default along with all connected applications.
