1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioners, working with the respondent no.8 at Howrah, have applied for mutual transfer with one Sayantika Datta Chatterjee, Assistant Primary Teacher of Upar Ranigram Primary School, Upar Ranigram, West Circle, Birbhum to the Chairman of West Bengal Board of Primary Education on 4th March, 2024 and 5th March, 2024.

3. In those circumstances, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education may consider the petitioners' application for mutual transfer strictly in accordance with applicable Rules offline and particularly after ascertaining the willingness of the

counter part within a period of one month from date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass appropriate orders thereof.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
