Mr. Sur, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the tabulation sheet signed by one S. Chatterjee, Chief Accounts Officer, West Bengal Transport Corporation Limited (in short, "WBTCL") is the correct computation of the dues payable by WBTCL to the petitioner.
In the circumstances, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
The employer/WBTCL is directed to make payment to the petitioner as per the computation sheet signed by S. Chatterjee, handed over in Court and retained with the records, by three months from date.
With the directions aforesaid, WPA 6987 of 2022 is disposed of.
All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
