Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of witnesses show petitioner had assaulted his father which resulted in his death. His mother had also been assaulted.

In view of nature of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
