In spite of service, school authority of Joynagar P.C. Paul Institution, District -South 24 Parganas is not represented today.

However, considering the submission made on behalf of State respondents, it appears that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed since revised Pension Payment Order has been issued in favour of the petitioner under memo dated 22nd July, 2024 for consolidation of pension reckoning sanctioning of postgraduate scale of pay in favour of the petitioner.

A copy of the said Pension Payment Order is placed before this Court and the same is taken on record. A copy of the same is also made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner.

In view of steps taken on behalf of State respondents, no further order need be passed in the writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
