AND In the matter of:- Prem Kumar Debelbar ... petitioner The present revisional application was preferred against the order dated 09.01.2012, passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta, in connection with Case No. C23 of 2012, wherein, the learned Magistrate was pleased to refuse the prayer under Section 156(3) of Code of Criminal Procedure. The order dated 09.01.2012 reflects that learned Magistrate has categorically held that the factum narrated in the application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure relates to civil disputes and as such do not justify a direction on the complaint for the police to investigate into the allegations. Having regard to the reasons so assigned by the learned Magistrate, I am of the view that the same is in consonance with the provisions of law and do not call for any interference. Accordingly, C.R.R.1015 of 2012 is dismissed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
