1. This intra court appeal is directed against the order dated 13th March, 2023 in WPA 3233 of 2023. The appellants filed the writ petition alleging inaction by the police.

2. The learned Writ Court took the report filed by the police stating that there have been case and counter in which FIR was registered and chargesheets have been laid before the appropriate Court.

3. Learned Advocate appearing for the appellants would submit that the Sections in which the accused have been charged are incorrect and they should have been charged under the appropriate provisions of the Indian Penal Code.

4. If that be so, the remedy of the appellants lies elsewhere and not before this Court

5. The appeal stands dismissed.
