There are two execution cases pending being Misc. Execution Case No. 417 of 2019 and Misc. Execution Case No. 83 of 2022. I find that there is a reflection in the order-sheet relating to a revisional application pending before the Hon'ble High Court. If there is no interim order in respect of the said revisional application which has been preferred, the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-2, Haldia will dispose of the execution cases in accordance with law by exhausting the proceedings in respect of the arrears which have accrued due to passage of time. In respect of Misc. Execution Case No. 417 of 2019, almost four years have passed, as such the learned Magistrate would see to it that from the next date so fixed within a period of three months, Misc. Execution Case No. 417 of 2019 is disposed of. So far as the Misc. Execution Case No. 83 of 2022 is concerned, the learned Magistrate would ensure that from the next date so fixed within a period of six months, the whole of the arrears are recovered and the proceedings are exhausted.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1240 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
