The present revisional application was preferred in connection with Complaint Case No. C-22432 of 2009 which is in respect of a proceeding under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act pending before learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 11th Court, Calcutta. The prayer of the petitioner was for transferring the case to any court at Jalpaiguri. The present revisional application was admitted on 18.03.2010, but there is no interim order.

Mr. De, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Having regard to the efflux of time, I am of the opinion that the application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 797 of 2010 is disposed of.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
