For the State Mr. Aniket Mitra ..for the WBSEDCL Petitioner failed to comply with the order dated March 21, 2024 requiring him to deposit 50% of the final assessment bill. Considering the materials in the case diary and the conduct of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
