1. Pursuant to the order dated 19th April, 2024, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur is virtually present before this Court.

2. It is submitted by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur that a letter of appointment has been issued to the applicant Sujita Singha. It is further submitted that she has to undergo training and thereafter shall discharge the duties of a Asha Karmee. It is also submitted by the learned SubDivisional Officer, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur that Mousumi Barman, the private respondent no.9 herein has been removed since only one person can work in a post.

3. Communication dated 7th May, 2024 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur in Court today be kept with the record.

4. In view of the above, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

5. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

6. The personal appearance of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
