1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

2. It is submitted by learned advocates representing the petitioner and school authority that after order was passed on 16th April, 2025 by this Court school authority issued 'no objection' on transfer application of the petitioner on 24th April, and transfer application was forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Howrah being respondent no. 5 for taking further steps. It is submitted on behalf of the

petitioner and State respondents that petitioner was examined by the medical expert few days back. However, medical report is not made available to the petitioner.

3. As the petitioner has already been examined by the concerned medical authority respondent no. 5 is directed to forward transfer application along with medical report to the Chairman of West Bengal Central School Service Commission being respondent no. 4 by four weeks from date of communication of this order, if medical report justifies transfer of the petitioner. In the event transfer application and medical report are forwarded to respondent no. 4, same shall be decided by respondent no. 4 by four weeks thereafter and decision to be taken by respondent no. 4 shall be communicated to the petitioner by ten days thereafter.

4. However, it is made clear that suspension of portal shall not be a ground to reject the transfer application of the petitioner.

5. Writ petition stands disposed of.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
