Police case revolves around defalcation of money. Apparently, signatures were forged and money withdrawn. Police complaint requires thorough investigations. Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail, at this stage, will be inimical to the investigations.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 988 of 2024 is dismissed.
