Sri Santosh Kumar Keshari Mr. Debasis Kar ....for the petitioners This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), 3rd Court, Barasat to dispose of Title Suit No.1241 of 2022 expeditiously.

From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that the service upon the defendant No.9 is yet to be effected.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage. With the above observations CO 1144 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
