2021-12-13Hon'Ble Justice Bibhas Ranjan De1 pages

13.12.2021 sl.12,sk ct.29 C.R.R.801 of 2010 In the matter of Abdul Barik......petitioner. Mr. Binay Kumar Panda Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya ...for the State.

None appears on behalf of the contesting parties to the revisional application.

Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda along with Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya, learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda and Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya learned advocates in due course. The learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that the revisional application is directed against the order dated 18.11.2009 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Tract 1st Court, Jangipur, Murshidabad in connection with Raghunathganj Police Station Case No. 174 of 2007 whereby the learned Judge issued warrant against the case. This court admits the said revisional application allowed one week time to the petitioner/accused to surrender before the court concern and this order was passed on 23.3.2010. Thereafter, no step was taken by the petitioner.

As I do not find any irregularity or illegality in the order impugned itself.

Thus, the revisional application pending since 2010 stands disposed of.
