The revisional application has been preferred against the order dated 08.02.2012 passed by the learned Sessions Judge at Alipore in Criminal Motion No.62 of 2012.

The subject matter of the revisional application relates to a proceeding before the learned Executive Magistrate. Having regard to the nature of the proceeding and the prayer sought for in the proceeding, I am of the view that with passage of time, the same has lost its force. As such, the revisional application is not maintainable at this belated stage. Accordingly, CRR 1022 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
