Sohini Chatterjee) before the learned District Judge, Alipore and on 10th May, 2023 the parties appeared before the learned District Judge expressing their desire to put an end their matrimonial relationship.

In view of the aforesaid, the order impugned has lost its force. It is recorded that in terms of the order passed by the learned District Judge in Matrimonial Suit No. 1283 of 2023 on 10th May, 2023 the marriage stands dissolved.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
