Mr. Sudip Ghosh Chowdhury, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 22nd September, 2025 and he prays for correction of the same.

On perusal of the order dated 22nd September, 2025, it is revealed that in paragraph 2 instead of <The petitioner seeks inter-district transfer on medical grounds of his spouse.= in the order, it should be read as <The petitioner seeks inter-district transfer on his medical grounds.= The other portion of the order dated 22nd September, 2025 shall remain the same.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
