Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda along with Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya, learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binoy Kumar Panda and Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya learned advocates in due course. The learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that the petitioner did not step since long and did not comply the order of this court passed on 23.3.2010 directing the petitioner to serve copy of the application on the opposite party no. 1 and to file affidavit of service. Petitioner did not take steps to that effect till date. After careful perusal of the impugned order dated 29.6.

2009 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Serampore, District Hooghly, I find that it was a direction upon the opposite party/petitioner to pay arrear maintenance in connection with Execution case M.Ex. 90 of 2007 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. On careful perusal of the impugned order any illegality or irregularity in the said order, therefore, this court finds no reason to continue with this revisional application.

Thus, the revisional application along with the CRAN 1153 of 2010 are disposed of accordingly.
