The matter has been brought into the list on being mentioned for correction of a typographical error. In the 1st paragraph of the order dated 4th July, 2024 it has been recorded in the 8th and 9th line as 31st May, 2020 instead of 31st May, 2022. The date 31st May, 2020 is corrected as 31st May, 2022. Let such correction be incorporated in the order dated 4th July, 2024. The said order shall be read, meant and construed with such correction.
