1. Affidavit-in-opposition filed on behalf of the respondent no.1 in Court today be kept with the records.

2. The long and short of the affidavit is that the passport of the petitioner was taken by the Custom Authotiries for verification purpose. Thereafter, the passport was returned to the petitioner. Copy of a receipt to that effect signed by the petitioner has been annexed to the affidavit.

3. The petitioner now says that since the passport cannot be traced, the condition of bail requiring him Signed By :

to deposit his passport before the Trial Court, should be waived so that he can reap the benefit of the order.

4. Before passing any order, we would like to know the address where the petitioner proposes to reside within the jurisdiction of North 24-Parganas.

5. Learned advocate is requested to take necessary instruction in that regard and come back on September 30, 2024 when the matter will be listed again marked 2:00 P.M.
