The impugned order of eviction dated June 26, 2008 being appellable under Section 7 of the West Bengal Public Land (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1962, the writ petition is not maintainable; WPA 7505 of 2025 is dismissed as such.

Needless to say, this order shall not prevent the petitioner to assail the order impugned in appeal, subject to law of limitation.
