1. Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as according to him no steps have been taken pursuant to the information which was furnished.

2. State has submitted a report. The report reflects that on the basis of information furnished by the petitioner or his family members against the private respondents, 8 criminal cases have been registered at Harishchandrapur Police Station and Chanchal Police Station. On the other hand, on the basis of the information furnished against the petitioner and his family members 10 criminal cases have been registered at Harishchandrapur Police Station.

3. In view of 18 criminal cases pending, I am of the view that the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Jurisdictional Court for seeking the relief. No exceptional circumstances created for invoking the

jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

4. With the above observations, WPA 7304 of 2025 is disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
