Diamond Harbour Civil Court Bar Association & Ors. (Through Video Conference) This matter appeared in the warning list on 29th June, 2022 and continued to appear in the list until it was transferred to the daily cause list today.

The reason furnished for not exercising the discretion at the ad interim stage justifies the order of refusal to pass an ex parte ad interim order of injunction on 18th February, 2015 and it does not call for any interference.

The appeal and the application are dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
