The petitioner has challenged the Notification dated 11th May, 2012 in the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits a subsequent Notification dated 18th April, 2017 by which the Notification dated 11th May, 2012 has been withdrawn.

In view of the same, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition being W.P.A. 7720 of 2017 is disposed of.
