...... petitioners Mr. Sumanta Das ....for the petitioners Mr. Goutam Banerjee ....for the State Considering the fact that the injured suffered fracture on the 'left post partial bone', which was classified as grievous hurt and considering the involvement of the petitioners in the incident of assault, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1292 of 2023 is dismissed.
