It appears that as many as 10 schools have been requested to indicate willingness of any teacher to function in place of the petitioner. there is only one teacher in the school. No such school has responded positively.

The D.I. of Schools (SE), South 24 Parganas shall continue to take steps to look for a replacement teacher for the petitioner.

CPAN 517 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

The personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.
