Pal ..... petitioner Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner filed a Complaint Case alleging forgery, among other things, in the year 2013. An enquiry was directed. Till date only charges have been framed. Even the trial has not started. The proceeding has remained pending for no fault of the petitioner. The accused had been taking adjournments. In fact, on one occasion he had jumped bail.

If an order is passed without serving notice to the opposite party no prejudice will be caused, as prayer has been made only for expeditious disposal.

This is an unfortunate case where although a complaint was filed way back in 2013, till date even the trial could not be commenced.

In view of the above, the Trial Court is requested to conclude the proceeding as in accordance with law as as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of.
