And In Re : Amiya Ghosh @ Ghosh Amiyakumar ...... petitioner Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee Mr. Argha Kamal Das Mr. Saptarshi Chakraborty ....for the petitioner Mr. S. G. Mukherjee, learned Public Prosecutor Ms. Faria Hossain Ms. Baisali Basu ....for the State Proclamation and attachment stands issued as against the petitioner.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident and considering the issuance of the proclamation and attachment, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1293 of 2023 is dismissed.
