Petitioner approached this court as he was aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as in spite of informing the police authorities no steps were taken.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Canning PS Case No. 274/25 dated 23.04.2025 has been registered for investigation. The investigation of the case is proceeding.

Be that as it may, since the case has already been registered let the Investigating Officer take the case to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 7572 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
