For the Petitioner Ms. Oindrila Ghosal, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, she has received instruction from his client dated December 23, 2023 that, the writ petitioner wishes to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action. The written instruction is kept on record. None appears for the respondents.

In view of the above, this writ petition WPA 4809 of 2016 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh incorporating the subsequent events.
