By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 5th February, 2024, of cancellation of petitioner's registration. It appears from record annexed to the writ petition that petitioner has filed its reply to the impugned show-cause notice on 4th March, 2024, being Annexure P-10 to the writ petition and according to the petitioner, the same is still pending.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 8011 of 2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid reply of the petitioner dated 4th March, 2024, in accordance with law and by passing a

reasoned and speaking order after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives, within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order. While considering the aforesaid reply of the petitioner, the respondent authorities concerned shall also consider the grievance of the petitioner against blocking of its Electronic Credit Ledger in accordance with law.

Needless to mention that the documents and judgments, petitioner intends to rely in support of its case shall be considered by the respondent authorities concerned.
