In effect praying for expeditious disposal of the injunction application filed in connection with Title Suit No. 474 of 2021 before the learned 2nd Civil Judge (Senior Division), at Barasat, the present revisional application has been filed.

The petitioner would submit that though a suit for specific performance had been filed on 30th July, 2021 and simultaneously an injunction application was also filed on the said date, such injunction application is yet to be disposed of.

Considering the nature of reliefs sought for, the revisional application is taken up for consideration without service of the revisional application on the opposite party.

Having heard learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the plaintiff/petitioner and having considered the materials on record including the order sheet, I am of the view that the injunction application which has been pending since 30th July, 2021 should be disposed of as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions the instant revisional application being CO 969 of 2024 stands disposed of.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the website of this court.
