Despite his representation dated March 11, 2023, the Corporation has failed to rectify the name of his mother in the death certificate.

In view of the aforesaid, there is no need to keep this writ petition pending.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Kolkata Municipal Corporation to consider the representation dated March 11, 2023, within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA 7504 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
