1. At the time of hearing it is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioners that the writ petitioners intend to withdraw the instant writ petition on some technical ground with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action.

3. Liberty is given to the writ petitioners to file similar such writ petition on the self-same cause of action, if so advised.
