The petitioner is a para-teacher at Giribala Balika Vidyalaya (H.S.), Gopalnagar, District - 24 Parganas (North).

The petitioner is alleging that her honorarium for 31 days has been deducted and such deduction for three more days has been proposed without affording any opportunity of hearing to her.

Mr. Tarun Kumar Das, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Headmistress of the said school, submits that the petitioner is causing different kinds of disturbance in the school.

A representation of the petitioner dated February 16, 2024 demanding salary for the month of January 2024 and redressal of different allegations against the school authority is pending before the District

Education Officer, Paschim Banga Samagra Shiksha Abhijan, the respondent no. 5 herein.

The petitioner and the school authorities have made allegations and counter-allegations against each other.

To resolve the disputes between the parties, the respondent no. 5 is directed to dispose of the said representation after giving the petitioner and all other concerned parties an opportunity of hearing. The parties are at liberty to produce materials before the respondent no. 5 in support of their respective allegations.

The drill in the regard is required to be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 8130 of 2024 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
